PARC NATIONAL DES LACS-WATERTON

Waterton Lakes National Park welcomes some 425,000 visitors annually and is one of five national parks in the Canadian Rockies. Its boundaries have changed over the years, but it now covers 505 km2, making it the smallest park in the Canadian Rockies. Shaped by wind, fire and flooding, the park protects a rich array of plants and wildlife such as wolves, black bears, cougar, etc.
