On the edge of the Moder, Fabienne receives you and installs you while Didier works in the kitchen. They are enthusiastic both and all feel it, the smile is starting from the reception, and on the plate the dishes of the day are very sympathetic: for a small fee, you have access to the buffet at will, followed by a brasserie dish, often drawn from Alsatian recipes. Other dishes are available on the map. If you still want a dessert, you can choose a soft chocolate or chocolate dig, a stranger or a burnt cream. At weekends, take advantage of the culinary themes to relax with a paella, couscous or fried mussels. One of the three rooms can be found in one of the three rooms, one of which is more intimate with sieved lights for dinner.
