For just a few CFA francs, the Institut français de Pointe-Noire offers access to a video library, a library and the French and Congolese press, as well as an almost daily press review that can be freely consulted. There are also regular film screenings, exhibitions, concerts, conferences and shows. A selection of relevant, cutting-edge events that will enable you to discover many African artists, and Congolese artists in particular. Ask for the program or download it from the Institut's website, which is constantly updated.

A noter également une buvette parfois ouverte les soirs de concerts. Les spectacles sont variés, commencent assez tôt (19h) et à l'heure, et l'ambiance y est toujours enjouée et détendue. Pour les non-adhérents, Les tarifs des spectacles sont en règle générale autour de 3000 francs maximum ou gratuits. L'entrée est gratuite pour les adhérents (5000 francs par an). Vraiment un chouette endroit!
