Best Kivu has a nice, welcoming pink facade. The surroundings are soothing and make it easy to get around. Typically a clean, well-kept mid-range hotel, without ostentation, with the occasional glitch in service and room facilities. Let's just say that this hotel is the "Best" in its category...
