The Parc de la Fondation Canez Auguste covers the evolution of sugar cane in Haiti. The place breathes history: bells, mills, boilers, barrels, barrels and chimneys take over the time of a visit and offer a trip over time, assisted by expert feedback from the guides. Possibility to refresh with a canne juice at Le Relais restaurant. The Park is also the theatre of at least two concerts per month.
