Hotel located in a high-rise building with disappointing rooms
Located in a large tower, on the vaguely international aspect, it is a few steps from several ministries. Unfortunately the rooms are very disappointing and the reception is not better. The night is filled with beautiful nights and thus customers, time. In short a hotel to avoid.
