Next to the French Institute the air-conditioned room of this small restaurant is fresh and the green and orange walls give it gaîté. Attention to the dishes listed on the menu is not always available. In the adjacent room, gambling attracts lucky and unlucky. Creole and continental food is correct and fine waitresses, fried fries are terrible and prices are cheap. On weekends, concerts are organised in the evening and the place is then filled.
