CERVECERÍA GUAYACÁN

On the main street of the tiny, charming village of Diaguitas, you'll find this craft brewery, renowned throughout the country. Beer is made here and sold directly to the beergarden across the street. The resto-bar's service room is a vast space covered with curtains that let in just the right amount of light. You can visit it to see the facilities and enjoy a tasting (six beers), or simply to eat a good slice of pizza. Guayacán has opened two other beergardens, in Pisco Elqui and La Serena.
