HOSTAL EL COLIBRI
A no-frills establishment offering a good breakfast. The owner, a French-speaking Lebanese writer, is fascinating
A simple but pleasant establishment run by Richard, a French-speaking Lebanese writer who has come to live in Vicuña, with a fascinating life story. The rooms are simple, but offer the necessary comforts. Don't miss breakfast: it's a real festival of flavors! The homemade yoghurt, inspired by a Lebanese recipe, is excellent! You'll also be able to sample a range of homemade jams and a variety of fruits from the valley, including papaya. Richard has just opened a second establishment in a renovated traditional house, called Bayti, right next door.
