One of Santiago's most renowned gourmet restaurants, with French and Japanese influences, but with specialities mainly Peruvian: Gastón Acurio is one of the most famous Peruvian chefs in Latin America. Excellent wine card, fusion kitchen that marries an elegant and discreetly modern setting. You will get an octopus cooked to embers or a Easter Island tuna from the big days. And in addition, it's rich! The desserts are exquisite, as are the cocktails. Very good service. Please book on Friday and Saturday evening. Recommended.
