CHIPE LIBRE

"CHIPE LIBRE is a new, totally sovereign republic born in 2014 from the annexation of northern Chile and southern Peru by the fundamentalists of Pisco!" And that's all there is to it! With its decor playing on propaganda-revolutionary imagery, this popular and cool address is both a restaurant and a pisco bar. On the plate, you'll find a whole range of typical Chilean and Peruvian dishes (the ceviches are great!). When it comes to cocktails, of course, pisco takes top honors! More lively in the evening.
