We asked several people what the best Goanese restaurant in town was, and they all said the Ritz Classic. The authentic, spicy Goanese cuisine attracts every family in Panjim. Try the shark with ambotik sauce(mori ambotik), cafreal chicken, xacuti oysters or vindaloo squid... you won't be disappointed. But remember to specify "not spicy" if you don't want to end up in the emergency room with a burning palate! The Goanese cuisine is undoubtedly the most spicy in the country.

Le Ritz Classic fait partie d'une chaîne connue en Inde. Nous ne sommes pas allés à celui du Wagle Vision Bldg mais dans un autre Ritz de Panaji qui se trouve pas loin du Ginger hotel. Cela a été une excellente expérience, à tel point que nous y sommes retournés une 2ème fois. Le restaurant est très agréablement décoré, l'accueil est très chaleureux et les serveurs sont à vos petits soins. Rajoutez à cela une cuisine succulente (et je m'y connais en cuisine indienne), et vous aurez trouvé le cocktail idéal pour vous régaler et passer une excellente soirée.
