This superb temple dedicated to Mahalakshmi, built in 1831, is one of the oldest in the city. It faces the sea directly. Two other temples form part of the complex, each containing a goddess from the Tridevii, which brings together the three main Hindu goddesses: Mahalaxmi, Kali and Saraswati. Devotees flock here to offer their prayers to the temple's three goddesses. Stalls at the entrance offer masala dosas and other pav bhaji, ice creams, drinks...
