SRIKRISHNA MUSEUM

This museum is a real jewel. It pays tribute to the god Krishna, the last avatar of Vishnu, who is particularly venerated in India. He is idolized because he is the hero of an epic story, for his philosophical vision of existence and for his numerous conquests. More than 11,000 lovers have been attributed to him. The museum presents exclusively representations of Krishna, in all its forms: paintings, sculptures, works in wood, stone, bronze, ivory... as well as life-size reconstructions of scenes from the Bhagavad Gîtâ.
