Nicknamed Martin, Vishal is a native of Varanasi and grew up right next to Manikarnika. He learned French from tourists and during stays in France. He can show you the lesser known corners of the holy city, or help you with the administration in case of problems (theft, etc.). We particularly recommend you to call upon him for the visit and the deciphering of the burning ghat. His rates depend on the service and the time spent. Martin is a certified guide by the Ministry of Tourism.

Martin fait parti de ses "succès story", il connait parfaitement Varanasi qui l'a vu naitre et grandir. Très jeune il s'est passionné par la langue française qu'il maitrise très bien aujourd'hui. Je l'ai rencontré a différentes reprises et j'ai vu son français évolué. Honte, droit et juste, Martin pourra être un bon guide, interprête ou autres...pour rendre agréable votre séjour à Varanasi.

Guide sympathique et intéressant. Maitrisant parfaitement le français et ses subtilités. Martin nous a fait découvrir l'ambiance si particulière de Bénarès et ses rituels nocturnes et matinaux autour des ghats. Merci pour ces explications claires qui nous ont permis de mieux comprendre l'état d'esprit de la religion hindouiste.Nous recommandons.
