QASAB - KUTCH CRAFT COLLECTIVE

Fair Trade. In the same spirit as Kala Raksha, the Qasab creations bring together the cooperatives of KMVS and Kutch Mahila Vikas Sangathan. The KMVS is a community gathering women from a hundred villages who chose the name Qasab, meaning "knowledge of fabric" in Kutchi. The products are natural and handmade, and a third of the profits are given back to the women. For any information or purchase, come to the store of the Prince Hotel in Bhuj.
