Built on the bank of a lake, this hotel was once the hunting lodge of the maharajah of Bikaner Ganga Singh. The hotel is situated in a bucolic setting at the entrance to the Nature Reserve. It has 45 rooms and suites decorated in a period style, a good restaurant - a bit expensive though - and a nice terrace with a view on the lake. If you are motorized and appreciate the calm, this stopover in the middle of nature will seduce you. The difference in price between a room and a suite being relatively small, you might as well take advantage of it to offer yourself a stay of a king.

Si je devais retenir un seul hotel en Inde, ce serait celui-là ; Digne d'un décor de conte oriental, avec un parc ou chantent les oiseaux (j'y ai vu de nombreuses espèces très jolies), avec une vue sur un lac où la tombée du soir est un spectacle, l'hotel est une merveille d'architecture. Sa façade orangée est d'une majesté incroyable avec ses petits balcons ouvragés. Une cour intérieure où il fait bon prendre un rafraichissement. Vous vous sentez vraiment dans un vrai chateau. La salle à manger est d'un style impeccable et les repas y sont soignés, avec un service efficace et stylé. Les chambres possèdent une ambiance très coloniale, répartie en pavillons sur le domaine pour mieux apprécier le cadre..
