DAMODRA DESERT CAMP

Coming to Jaisalmer without spending at least one night in the Thar Desert is like going to the hairdresser just for a shampoo, an incongruity. If you get there early, you may be able to book one of the 10 luxury tents equipped like a luxury hotel room: wooden bed, carpet, heating, shower room with western style toilet and hot water. A short camel ride over the Sam dunes is included with the overnight stay, as is the folkloric show at nightfall around a large campfire.
