Hotel offering 13 rooms with bathroom around a pretty patio, organized camel safaris in the Thar Desert

This 300 year old haveli is ideally located below the fort. Turned into a hotel in 1996, the property of the maharaja of Jaisalmer is now managed by his nephew Vikram, who has created an original atmosphere. Spread around a beautiful patio, the 13 rooms are personalized and equipped with period furniture. Four-poster beds, tiled bathrooms, stone walls; some are reminiscent of the interior of a mansion. The hotel organizes camel safaris in the Thar Desert in its own camp, the Bordi Resort.

Nachana haveli
Haveli en plein centre de Jaisalmer. Très bruyant. Chambre basique même celle de luxe. Pas de fenêtre vers l'extérieur. Propreté laisse à désirer.

Nous avons eu l'impression d'entrer dans un musée.Le décor impose,la chambre est dans un petit patio fleuri mais elle est sombre tout en longueur juste de la place pour un grand lit au fond .On n'a pas eu d'eau chaude du tout.Restaurant et petit déj en terrasse .Un peu frais prévoir un pull .La table: cuisine indienne service pro mais il faut prendre son temps c'est lentissime .Vous êtes prévenus.
