Elma is a restaurant, patisserie and bar all in one. We recommend a visit at tea time to sample one of Elma's delicious creations, such as Red Velvet Cake, and to choose a scented tea of your choice from her countless collection. Everything is served in a very pleasant, romantic setting, with mismatched furniture and green plants growing everywhere. Tea is served in pretty floral porcelain cups. But it's also a perfect address for a solid breakfast or refined lunch.
