Après plusieurs échanges par mails et visio, malgré plusieurs relances, Marie n'a plus jamais répondu.
Manque total de réactivité.
Aucun sur-mesure, l'agence ne recommande que des hôtels où ils sont commissionnés et refuse de réserver les palaces bien connus (Shangri-la, Hyatt etc.), sans doute raison pour laquelle nous n'avons jamais eu de retour.
Par ailleurs, semblent pratiquer des prix très élevés puisque l'agence nous annonçait que notre projet de voyage dépassait largement notre budget.
En définitive, nous sommes passés par Voyage in India et Vikram son fondateur, très professionnel, ultra-réactif, à l'écoute de toutes nos demandes (y compris les hôtels), et avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix (budget largement respecté)
