L'ARGANIER
It is within the Hotel Medina on the cornice Mohamed V that we discover this pretty table with an elegant setting. L'Arganier makes us discover a tasty cuisine, served at noon and in the evening, around the swimming pool or under a Berber tent. The menu changes with the seasons. For example, you can enjoy a chorba souiria with rock fish, a tajine of cockerel with preserved lemons and olives, couscous with seven vegetables... Some specialities are to be reserved 24 hours in advance, the stuffed sea bass, the shoulder of goat's caper stuffed in the Moroccan way.
