Nkob is the town of 45 kasbahs. Among these is the Tighremat kasbah, located next to the Hotel Baha Baha. Don't forget to stop by and take a look at the salon, overlooking the patio, which has retained its original ceiling. Many of the city's kasbahs have been converted into hotels, and these are the ones you can visit. Unfortunately, many of the other buildings have fallen into ruin. All the kasbahs here are built in adobe, and many offer panoramic views over the oasis and the Jbel Saghro massif.
