Visit the Tafilalet Souk, divided into sectors and home to numerous craftsmen such as jewellers and farriers

This souk, the most important in Tafilalet, is held on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. It is divided into sectors: souks with dates, spices, donkeys, sheep or fabrics. This very colourful ensemble sinks deep into the city. You will also find many craftsmen, including jewellers and farriers who beat iron in the old-fashioned way. The show is stunning and worth a visit on a market day. Be aware that Tafilatet dates are reputed to be the best in Morocco. To taste absolutely!

Enorme souk. De l'artisan au vendeur de moutons, tout y est ou presque. très bon marché. Attention au rabatteur en tout genre qui vous dirige vers leur échoppe.
