This restaurant opened in 2023 in part of the ramparts of the wall that has protected the Kasbah since the 15th century. Here, past and present intermingle in the architecture of the place as well as on the plates. In the kitchen, chef Pablo Castillo brilliantly twists Mediterranean, Moroccan and Asian flavors. Comfortably seated in one of the dining rooms, let yourself be tempted by the classic menu, sushi or tapas. The three rooftop terraces offer spectacular views of the city. In summer, a DJ is on hand to liven up the evenings.
