In the heart of the city, this popular and authentic canteen was the home of the Moroccan writer, Mohamed Choukri, who often came to write and eat good food. This institution, with its Spanish atmosphere, is also famous for its delicious meat skewers and grilled fish cooked with charcoal. The decoration remains however unspecified, with some pictures of the old Tangier, but a nice patio will allow you to sit down on the terrace. Carefully and professionally staffed. A must have!
