Created in 2000, this association brings together almost all the island's marine professionals. Métimer organizes, among other events, the Whale Festival at the end of January, the Handysplash in May to introduce disabled people to water sports, as well as the unmissable Fête de la mer in Grand-Case, the Forum des métiers de la mer and Sea Discovery Day, dedicated to schoolchildren.
