An alternative to luxury hotels and rentals. Ideal for those on a budget. It's a complex of simply decorated rooms and apartments, a five-minute walk from the center of Marigot, in the Concordia district. Some of the rooms could do with renovation, but overall they're decent. The place is quiet during the day, but it's advisable to be cautious after dark. The family atmosphere is authentic. The swimming pool on the hotel's shaded terrace offers you a little idleness after a visit to Marigot.
