CENTRE HISTORIQUE DE BIHAĆ

Forming an irregular rectangle of 300 m from north to south and 200 m from east to west, the historic center follows the line of the 13th century fortifications destroyed by the Austro-Hungarians in 1890. It is mainly occupied by buildings of the 20th century. One finds there however the oldest monuments (mosque Fethija, tower of the Captain, etc). On the central axis, Bosanska Street, are placed the tourist office of Bihać and the information center of the Una National Park.
