ČARDAK NA UNI

Located along the Una River and next to the modernist building of the Una-Sana Canton Public Television, this restaurant has an architecture inspired by the typical Ottoman Balkan fortified house, the çardak. It does not serve alcohol, but a whole range of grilled meats and local meats: ćevapi, kebabs, chicken with mushrooms(jeger šnicla pileća), etc. Also on the menu: pizza, fish and Balkan soups(tarhana or begova). With its terrace near the Beton islet and the Una swimming pool, it is one of the most popular places in the city.
