MUSEUM OF EASTERN BOSNIA

This museum (Muzej Istočne Bosne) has a large collection on the history of the northeastern part of the country since the Neolithic period, but it has changed location twenty times since its establishment in 1947. Pending expansion, it is now divided between two sites. A sample of the archaeology, history, ethnology and art collections is presented here. The collection of natural sciences (Biološka Zbirka) is located at 2 Jevrejska Street (next to Salt Square).
