The most chic address in Tuzla since 2012: white tablecloths, beautiful Herzegovina wine list, some Italian dishes and superb fish from the Adriatic. But what is really worth it here are the meats, some of them matured forty days. Fans already know the marbled beef wagu style from Japan. But have they ever tasted it from Bosnia? The selected animals belong to the local breed, the gatačko, but also to the famous fighting cows from Valais, Switzerland: the Hérens breed, established here since the 2000s.
