This bar is the epicenter of Banja Luka's nightlife. It's such a central point, in fact, that it was from here that a certain epidemic spread in 2020... Today, good vibes are emanating from this carefully decorated venue, with its wood panelling and beautiful sofas. The Jova Bar is also a restaurant, but the international menu is of little interest. It's more for the atmosphere, the music and the garden (which closes at 9pm) that the local youth flock here. Bands and DJs almost every night.
