GUBER SOURCES

These water springs (Banja Guber/Бања Губер) are located at an altitude of 560 m in the Crvena Valley. Rich in minerals and used since ancient times, there are about forty of them with almost each having distinct properties. The most important is the Crni Guber ("black Guber"), known for its dermatological virtues. The Izvor Ljepotica ("Source of Beauty") is said to mitigate the effects of skin aging and the Očna Voda ("Eye Water") seems to be effective against blindness problems. A spa center is expected to open there soon.
