NEUM BEACHES
The town of Neum has five small pebble beaches, all with deckchair rental and all crowded in summer.
Neum boasts five small pebble beaches, all with sun loungers for hire and all crowded in summer. For added serenity, there are two more beaches on the Klek peninsula.
Zenit Beach - Rue Doktora-Franje-Tuđmana, to the north, between the old port and the large Zenit hotel complex. Also known as the "little beach" (Mala Plaža), it stretches some 50 m in length. Zenit restaurant just behind, under the trees.
Plage Tuđman - Rue Doktora-Franje-Tuđmana, 500 m south of Zenit beach, between the Vapore and Sunce hotels. This is the busiest beach. It is around 60 m long. Surrounded by residences and hotels, it boasts a pedal-boat rental service and a café-snack bar.
Kralj-Tomislav Beach - Kralja-Tomislava Street, 150 m southwest of Tuđman Beach, under the seafront parking lot. This "beach" is actually a narrow strip of rock about 50 m long. Paddles for hire on site, restaurants and police station nearby.
Plage Neum Grand Hotel - Mimoza Street, 900 m south of Plage Tuđman. Narrow but about 200 m long, it is almost entirely private, occupied by the Grand Hotel's sunbeds. Showers, changing rooms and entertainment for children.
Tiha Luka Beach - Mimoza Street, 500 m east of Neum Grand Hotel beach. Located at the end of Tiha Luka's small bay, this 30 m-long mini-beach is bordered on the left by a narrow artificial beach some 100 m long. Cafés, restaurants and rental apartments nearby.
