This house (Gavran-Kapetanovića Kuća) is the largest and most beautiful in Počitelj. Close to the mosque, it was built in the 16th and 17th centuries for the powerful Gavran-Kapetanović family. While typical of the "Počitelj" style, with its whitewashed upper storey and slate roof, it is distinguished by its nine windows on the façade and its corbelled central section. It was restored during the socialist period to house the "Počitelj International Art Colony" (1961-1975) and is now once again used as a creative venue.
