CAFÉ DE ALMA

This café-torrefactor is located in the old tanners' quarter on the left bank, directly opposite the Hadži-Kurt mosque, 200 m northwest of the Old Bridge. In a pretty little old house, Bosnian coffee is prepared Mostar-style, then served as it should be with Turkish delight. The result is subtle and well-balanced. Everything will be explained to you, including how to taste it, and you can even take home packets of this artisanal grind to try and reproduce the experience at home.
