The country's largest ski resort (Olimpijski Centar Jahorina/Олимпиц Центар Јахорина) has 47 km of slopes (including 10 km for cross-country skiing) between 1,300 m and 1,916 m above sea level, as well as sixteen lifts, including two gondolas and two six-seater chairlifts. Cette station olympique créée dans les années 80 présente de nombreuses vestiges du communisme selon Tito. Les nombreux hôtels avec spa et spécialités locales méritent d'être vu et les balades aux alentours permet de voir une réserve naturelle typique de la Bosnie.
