The Association of Hoteliers and Restaurateurs of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Udruženje Hotelijera i Restoratera BiH/Удружење Хотелијера и Ресторатера БиХ) is not much help in finding accommodation. Its website does not have an English version and no list of establishments is offered. To give you an idea: its management even opposed the recent law on banning smoking in hotels and restaurants... If you have any concerns, you can always try to contact the association's headquarters in Ilidža, a suburb of Sarajevo.
