Located in a beautiful country setting on the banks of the Željeznica River, this restaurant opened in 1945 and is an institution known to all Sarajevans. The place is especially famous for its meats: the founder was a butcher from Ustikolina, near Foča, and his grandson, Sejo Brajlović (who speaks French) still owns a butcher shop at the entrance of the restaurant. If the service is sometimes long and rough on weekends, the portions are still very generous, the meats rather good and the place pleasant. Coffee during the day and some salads for vegetarians.
