The neoclassical buildings between Tsminda Nino and Pushkin Streets, with the characteristic entrance to the Mon-Plaisir cinema, in the highly recognizable Art Nouveau style, have been completely renovated in the style of the Saakashvili government, creating a neighbourhood with a certain allure, which looks like a film set.
