The production house of the famous mineral water. You can ask for a visit there, we will probably gladly grant it to you. The bottling process is quite interesting to observe: the spring water, which flows at about 35 °C, is cooled down to less than 8 °C so that it can be injected with additional carbon dioxide (which comes from a borehole on the Vardzia side). The production of carbonated water reaches between 20,000 and 24,000 bottles per hour.
