This is why they practice transhumance to allow the bees to produce a wide variety of quality honeys: flower, acacia, linden, chestnut, forest, lavender, hazelnut and honey to name a few. The Lehrs also produce fir honey, renowned for its anti-anemic properties and its resinous aroma.
