Pheasant's Tears Restaurant offers Georgian cuisine and fusion thanks to its chef Gia Rokashvili, a native of Sighnaghi and who works with seasonal local products. The menus are designed to accommodate vegetable and meat lovers, a good time to share in authentic surroundings. Pheasant's Tears is also famous for his vineyards and his "organic" wine, John an American who fell in love with Georgia in 1995, cultivates and produces his own wines with the Georgian wine-making techniques. And the host was really generous and informative
Would recommend going just for the food
But the wine was excellent and definitely the star of the show
