DZVELI SARDAPHI (« À LA VIEILLE CAVE »)

It is one of the most authentic gastronomic restaurants on the left bank, a highly recommended address. Installed in the basement of the building, the decoration is worth a look. An excellent house white wine accompanies a rather spicy cuisine such as koupatis (sausages) and mtsvadis as well. Taste the succulent "Odjakhouri", a pan-fried meat and potato dish. The place has no street side but is well worth a visit.
