The sausages offered are selected and manufactured by the best craftsmen in the region. Flavour and freshness are the essential assets of the products presented here: assortments of cold cuts, Klein knacks from Alsace pork and beef, Alsace truffles, Thuringen hure, bacon from ribs... You can also taste the products on site and enjoy Riesling pies, terrines and foie gras. And to make up for an impromptu reception at home, buffet or dinner aperitif, Porcus offers catering trays to order.

Il y a un restaurant au 1er étage de Porcus, et la charcuterie est au rdc, et nous ne manquons pas de la visiter, il y a un tel choix, et tout est de qualité. Il faut vraiment connaître la petite place oú se trouve le magasin.
