Natacha Bieber defines herself as belonging to the neo-butcher movement. Envy, pleasure, beauty, transparency and communication are the key words for her to consume less but better. Farm pig from Cantal, lamb, veal and beef from Limousin, poultry from Landes, charcuterie from Cantal and Noir de Bigorre, terrines, rillettes and foie gras from Alsace are among its products. After having been a sales representative, she went to train with the biggest names in the business to change her life and for our greatest pleasure. Fascinated by breeders and their animals, she will tell you their stories that she knows by heart for the sake of absolute transparency to consumers.
