Sébastien is the pastry baker at this virtuous bakery. Every morning, he sets to work to offer us the best of what he can do, and the palette is vast. All the breads and viennoiseries here are homemade, using organic wheat and natural, French sourdough. What's more, the establishment also offers a wide range of hot and cold delicatessen products that are particularly tasty.
