I had a great experience visiting the historic cave section and the wine cellar.
The entrance is free of charge and there was no queue on a Monday.

Seeing the various wine barrels was very interesting, including the story on the barrel from 1472 which is also displayed.
The wine from 1472 is still kept in a barrel in that cellar!

On a side note, the Hospices building where the cellar is located is really interesting looking and the cellar also offers a cool break from the heat on hot days.

Ein schöner alter Weinkeller, wer mag kann natürlich dort auch eine Führung buchen. Ansonsten ist der Eintritt kostenlos.

Seul hôpital de France à posséder une cave à vin la visite en vaut la peine. Avec l'audio guide on apprend l'histoire de cette cave très ancienne et l'on découvre qu'elle est toujours en activité. On peut admirer des foudres remarquables.

Interessanter historischer Weinkeller. Sehr hilfsbereites und sympathisches Personal im Verkauf. Interessantes Sortiment. Heute am Tag der offenen Tür konnte such verkostet werden. Empfehlenswert.

Le lieu est exceptionnel mais l'accueil est plus que moyen...les discussions entre collègues à la caisse sans vous adressez un seul regard ni même un sourire, on vous dit de vous servir vous même et d'amener les bouteilles à la caisse sans même prodiguer un conseil...si le tourisme vous dégoûte à ce point, vous vous êtes trompés de métier.

Der Weinkeller selbst ist fantastisch und definitiv einen Besuch wert. Die Bedienung vor Ort war aber das Unfreundlichste, das ich seit Jahren erlebt habe. Sehr arrogant und auch gegenüber älteren Menschen absolut nicht hilfsbereit. Insofern keine Empfehlung!
