Strasbourg's craziest course! Ideal for training, letting off steam or challenging yourself, Ninja Storm is a subtle combination of climbing, gym and accrobranche, inspired by the TV show Ninja Warrior. Don't panic, both young and old are welcome on the different courses, and the difficulties vary so that everyone can find something to enjoy together. This gym, the only one of its kind in France, is a fun way to work out, test your strength and have fun, without getting bogged down in pointless, uninteresting exercises. What's more, if you come in a group, you can challenge each other!

Bloc en stock is THE bouldering gym in La Meinau. But what is bouldering? Well, it's free, fun climbing without ropes or harnesses! And there's plenty to challenge you here, with routes for all levels over 3,000 square meters. You'll be able to choose from a range of climbing packages, subscriptions, courses and events, and then set off to conquer the boulders. You'll never get tired of it, thanks to regular changes. And after the effort comes the comfort, with drinks and snacks.

The Iceberg offers a superb setting for ice skaters and visitors. The Etoile Noire de Strasbourg field hockey team trains there regularly and very dynamic matches are played there during the season. With its 1,500 square meter ice rink dedicated to amateurs, the Iceberg offers a great time zigzagging and frolicking on the ice with lively music. Note that it is possible for children to organize their birthday party.

This leisure area is the first 100% Bike Park Indoor in France. To practice your passion, several zones exist: one for the little ones, one for beginners and others for the more experienced. Special mention to the zone which has a foam tray to test new tricks without injury. Anyone can come here, whatever their level or age, and there are many rental offers for special occasions. Courses are also available for those who would like to improve their skills.

Whatever your starting level, our instructors are there to help you progress, evolve in the air and express your creativity in choreographed, safe flight. You can take advantage of a trial session to get a feel for the sport, as it's very physical and requires a lot of muscular strength, flexibility and grace.

TAEKWON-DO ITF STRASBOURG is a taekwondo club that emphasizes traditional martial arts values rather than sporting performance. Here, there's no quest for results at any price or competitive spirit, but learning based on the martial art as a philosophy of life and an effective means of defending oneself on a daily basis. Whatever your age or physical condition, our instructors will help you progress both physically and mentally. Block'Out is the largest bouldering gym in Eastern France, with 800 m² of usable space! The boulders are renewed every month so that you can live a climbing experience both strong in sensations and unique. Several packages are available. You can either pay for your activity à la carte or benefit from several subscription packages. You can also eat at the Au Cube Gourmand restaurant but also work out, relax in the sauna, the hammam or take various group classes like yoga.
